We want every purchase from VelvetMoto to bring you joy and a sense of security. However, if the chosen product is not suitable, we offer a convenient return process.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" of May 20, 2014, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) has received the product.

2. Condition of Goods upon Return

• New products: Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. This means – with intact and undamaged labels, in its original packaging, and without any signs of use. Clothing must be clean, free of cosmetic stains, and without a strong odor (e.g., perfume or fabric softener).

• "Second breath" (used) products: The returned product must be in the exact same condition as you received it. It must not have acquired new signs of wear (e.g., new scratches, stains, or odors) that were not recorded in the product description and photographs before the purchase.

3. Quality Standards for Used Goods

By purchasing a used product, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with its visual condition and degree of wear (e.g., natural wear of leather material), which is clearly indicated in the product description. Such previously agreed-upon signs are not considered product defects.

4. Return Procedure

To request a product return, please ensure that it complies with the return policy and fill out the form below.

Once we have received and checked the product, we will issue a refund to your bank account within 14 days.
